Who doesn't love an excuse to make crepes and macerate strawberries?!
We always celebrated Pancake Day growing up. I had no idea about Mardi Gras until I moved to the States - such an interesting difference in interpretation there, no? We'll be sticking with pancakes in our house I believe.
